The Month duration movement with Dead-beat escapement has a white enamel dial with an engine turned gilt bezel.
These early style clocks are known as Laterndluhr`s and have slide off hoods and pullout glazed panels.

This stunning, Rare Satinwood Balloon clock by Eliza Andrews, Cornhill London who is recorded by G.H.Baillie as 1790 – 1812. The elegant case has Kingwood cross banding and an inlaid urn.
The twin fusee` striking movement with hour pull repeat, has a convex silvered dial with concentric calendar.
